We were a group of friends, most of whom had not been to India before. I asked Charles to put a trip together for us. I’ve traveled with Charles a number of times over the years, and each trip just gets better! We had an amazing time over our 3 and a bit weeks. Charles is the best travel guide I have ever had. He goes out of his way to make sure everyone has a great time. He organizes the best activities on and off the travel itinerary. We saw 9 tigers and a myriad of other animals. He employed the most informative local guides. This is my sixth trip (4th with Charles), and I know him to be the most hardworking, honest person. He is lots of fun and does his utmost to ensure that everyone has a great time. I can’t recommend him or Innate Travel highly enough. I will be traveling with Charles and Innate again without hesitation.

This trip, led by our amazing guide Charles, was individualized and adapted to explore incidental opportunities along the way. Charles led us on an exciting adventure that explored not only the richness of India’s culture, people, and architecture, but also the beauty of the landscape, national parks, and wildlife. From celebrating the vibrant Holi festival with the locals to being face-to-face with tigers, from visiting local villages and families to navigating bustling markets, streets, and local transport. Highlights also included the delicious Indian cuisine and the warm hospitality and generosity of the people, and our accommodation varied from 5-star palaces to more rudimentary, depending on the remoteness. This holiday was an unforgettable experience!

The best India travel agent and guide

Innate Travel made this trip to India the best travel experience. This was my 7th time in India; nevertheless, I was able to see new things even in locations I had already visited, thanks to our guide, whose customer care was outstanding! Other than organizing the entire trip, including transportation and hotel accommodation, he was our “guardian angel” for the entire trip, sorting all sorts of issues that may arise in a long journey. I would rate this travel experience on a scale from 0 to 10 as 10++, and I’ll use Innate travel again.

Innate Travel made my dreams of traveling to India come true. Our agent/guide Dennis Pon was the ultimate professional. He arranged all continental travel (planes, trains, and automobiles), places to stay, eat, and play, and every detail with the utmost sensitivity and attention. If something was amiss, Dennis made it right. He was always on time, in fact, early. He was informed and informative on all the sites we visited. On a scale of one to ten, I would rate him at 150. And best of all, he was delightful, kind, and wonderful to travel with.

Charlie has an incredible ability to connect with people and with culture. He entices you to try new things; he spontaneously seizes every moment, and he genuinely cares that your experiences outlive your expectations. We were very fortunate to spend three weeks with Charlie through southern India. He made our trip amazing, including helping to plan to renew our wedding vows. I eagerly await to travel with him again! What a privilege!
